Shipping

Most of our products are shipped via UPS Ground. Shipping prices are calculated in real time in the shopping cart at time of purchase. Please be sure to include the full spelling of your city and proper zip code. If you have any issues with the shipping calculation, please contact us.

Larger orders may be shipped via LTL carrier at our discretion.

Packaging: Our groundcovers are sold in plastic trays, with soil in tact, and are carefully packed and shipped in corrugated cardboard boxes.

PLEASE NOTE: Shipments become property of purchaser when received by transportation agency and we will not be responsible for any damage en route. We are willing at all times to help a customer establish any just claim for damage.

Returns

Return claims must be submitted to us via email within 48 hours after receipt of product. Pictures must accompany all claim requests. For approved claims, the plants must be returned in saleable condition. You will receive a return authorization that must be included with the plants when shipped back to us. Please do not ship any product back to us without an RMA. Refunds or credit will be given after the plants are received at our facility AND the condition of the plants is determined. Initial freight charges will not be refunded or credited. Return freight is the buyer’s responsibility.
